The Gallery: A Family Story

The Gallery: A Family Story - Week 90

This is the picture I have chosen for this week's Gallery, me on the right (as you look at the picture) and my sister on the left.

I chose this picture because, for me, it sums up childhood. This is me and my sister just messing about.

We had a very happy childhood (even though we fought a decent amount). Even now, we get on well and speak to each other at least once a week. My main regret is that we don't live closer to each other - she misses out on seeing her niece and nephew regularly.

I hope that, as my children grow up, they are as close - that they feel like they an rely on each other. I want them to grow up having as much fun as we did!

I wish I'd kept that jumper

  3. That jumper is amazing! I have a similar relationship with my sister. It's nice to know she's always there for me and vice versa.
