What has made me happy - week twenty

What has made me happy - week twenty

This week is definitely more of a what has made me unhappy! I could write for ages on that topic! An ear infection, an abscess on my tooth, a wisdom tooth extraction which went wrong leaving half a tooth still inside my mouth. Pain. Absolute pain. But anyway, I am not going to write about that. I am going to try and find the few things which have made me happy this week. So here goes:
  • Visiting a friend's house on Friday. It looks rather grand and, yes, I guess it is. She lives in a stately home which has been turned into apartments. It was nice to see her and her children, who are the same age as mine.
  • The boy's face when he was allowed to drive a (toy) tractor! This is what my friend uses when she wants the bins taking out.
  • Reading this story to my children. It is a lovely old book and I was so pleased to pick it up for 99p on ebay!
  • Drugs. Without these I would have been a lot more unhappy!
  • Spider cakes which me and my children made as a Halloween treat for the childminder and her children!

It would be great if you want to join in with 'What has made me happy' too.

    1. It has certainly been a painful one! The book is just about going to sleep. It's a nice one. My mum still has a lot of the Meg & Mog books, I love them too.
