Disney on Ice Passport to Adventure Review

Last week we were invited to go to see Disney on Ice in Sheffield. We're huge fans of the show, and this one didn't disappoint at all! Prior to the start of the show, there was a warm up thanks to Judy and Nick from Zootropolis and the Fit To Dance pre-show party. As with previous show we have seen, Minnie and Mickey introduced the evening, and were then joined by Goofy, Donald and Daisy.

Then we were straight into the show, with Simba and Nala from The Lion King. They skated so beautifully and both children absolutely loved watching Pumba and Timon. Next up was Peter Pan, and a trip to London. This was magical as the characters appeared to fly above the ice. I loved the extra dimension that this gave to the show. My favourite part was when the giant crocodile ate up Captain Hook!

Then we headed under the sea for a trip to meet Ariel. My favourite part of the whole show was the song 'Under the Sea'. It is so much fun and the different colours and sea creatures were spectacular. My daughter laughed out loud when the starfish fell over (on purpose) at the end of the song.

From the sea, we headed to Arendelle with Anna and Elsa. It even snowed inside the arena, which was amazing!

The pyrotechnics during this part of the show are really good fun and totally add to the show. We had an absolutely amazing night in Sheffield. It was really magical. I would definitely recommend going to see a show before the end of the year.
