Help find Madeline McCann

Blogging for Madeline

This month saw the anniversary of the disappearance of Madeline McCann, and also her ninth birthday. Madeline went missing on the 3rd of May 2007 whilst on holiday in Praia da Luz, Portugal.  Her 9th birthday would have been on May the 12th.

Her disappearance was so high profile and it won't have passed you by. However, she has now been missing for five years and her family still are none the wiser as to her whereabouts.

She was three years old. My son is three. He is beautiful, kind, loving, generous, musical and athletic. I cannot begin to imagine my life not knowing where he was or who he was with.

Setting aside prejudices about whether or not we would or wouldn’t have left our child alone whilst we ate out, imagine how you would feel not knowing what has happened to your daughter, where she is or who she is with. It’s very easy to judge but, ultimately, what is the point? Let’s concentrate our efforts on finding her.

Here is an idea of what Madeline could look like now.
