Please help to stop the crimes against Syria's children

Back in March, and then June, I wrote about the atrocities happening to children in Syria. Whilst a lot is being done to help, there is still so much to be done. Children are still suffering and witnessing things that they absolutely shouldn't.

Save the Children are calling on UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to ensure the UN and its member states are doing all they can to make sure every crime against children is counted. They are also asking for donations to help provide children in the refugee camps with the basics they need, like food and blankets.

The emotional video below features children telling their stories of the conflict.

Justin Forsyth, Save the Children’s chief executive has just returned from Jordan where he met children who have suffered horrific experiences. He said “No child should ever see the horrors being described on a daily basis to our staff on the ground - stories of torture, murder and terror. They need specialist emotional support to come to terms with these shocking experiences, and their stories need to be heard and documented so those responsible for these appalling crimes against children can be held to account.”

Join me and take action against these atrocities.

Please take action now and sign Save the Children's petition to the UN Secretary General calling for everything possible to be done to record all the crimes against children: and send a signal to the world that these atrocities will not be tolerated.
