Groupon Review and a giveaway

I was recently sent a voucher to give me a chance to review Groupon. They are an internet company which deal in selling you goods, experiences, dining out and hotel opportunities, all at a discounted rate.

I have to admit that it did take me a while to find something that I wanted, but when I did, I thought that the process was fantastic. I chose a voucher on a photobook, meaning it cost me only £11.50 instead of £38.49. It just so happened that I have had a photobook sitting in an account with that company for well over a year just waiting until I had the funds to purchase it. So I am incredibly happy with it.

What they say
We’re here to translate people power into financial clout.
Launched in 2009, Groupon UK features one daily deal on the best things to do, see, eat, and buy in a variety of cities across the UK.

Our company philosophy is pretty simple: we treat our customers the way we like to be treated. That boils down to a few key things:

We only sell stuff we want to buy
A great price is only half the battle - it’s also got to be a great product or service. Between our top-rated business partners and unbeatable prices, you should feel comfortable venturing out and trying something new.
Good Points
The service is very easy to use.
The code you are given is simply input at the checkout and taken off the total cost of your purchase before you pay.

Bad Points
It took me a while to find something I wanted but when I did I thought the process was great.

Would I buy through them again?
I definitely would. If they were the cheapest option and had something which I wanted to buy then I would certainly buy something from them. I found the whole process very smooth.
