Byron Bay Cookie review and a giveaway

I was recently sent a box of Byron Bay Cookies to review. When you are asked if you want to review cookies, you don't say no! I was sent the gluten-free range. My mum is coeliac and I thought it would be great to have something to feed her when she visits! However, there are only three left and I don't know if they will last until she next visits. Both children were very much taken with the dotty cookies, although the girl seemed to like picking the dots off, the boy wolfed it all down!

My absolute favourite was the sticky date and ginger with walnut cookie. Seriously delicious! I hid those ones so I could enjoy them by myself!

What they say
We have developed this range of gluten and wheat free cookies that taste just as good as our original cookies. They offer the perfect addition to a cup of tea or coffee for anyone who is looking to avoid wheat/gluten.

The world famous Byron Bay Cookie Company have been baking cookies for over 20 years from our home town of Byron Bay, Australia. The premium cookie range is now baked in Europe to help reduce the carbon foot print of each cookie. We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible (within 50 miles of our UK Bake-house) including honey, butter and free range eggs. We are proud to have all of our gluten-free European baked cookies approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified by Coeliac UK.

Good points
Absolutely delicious cookies.
Great range of different cookies, all with great flavours.
They are large but not too big.
Perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea!

Bad points
Some of the cookies are slightly dry but this is a problem which many gluten-free cakes and biscuits suffer from. It didn't stop me eating them though!

Would I buy them?
Yes, although I would buy the ones which are not gluten free for me.
