We took the insect study box out that afternoon. The boy was keen to look at stones and leaves. We found lots of things we wanted to look more closely at, but very few insects (I think it was too cold). To be fair, if we had found a spider, I have no idea how we would have got it into the viewing part as I certainly wouldn't pick one up! We have inspected many different things now, including a comic relief red nose!
The apron is great. It fits well and is the first apron I have ever had! I usually just end up a bit messy when I bake! I love the colours, they are very vibrant, which you need in our dark kitchen!
I also love the egg cups, although the fact that they are different colours have caused arguments between the children! They will always want the one the other has anyway though.

Bad points
The mirror in the insect study box came loose the first time we took it out. It is easy to fix though, just unscrew it, get some glue and stick it back on!
Would I buy them?
Yes. I would buy all of these products. In spite of the fact that the mirror came loose in the insect box (it was probably because it was in my bag). It is a great item to encourage exploration and taking a closer look at nature.
