What better emphasises sun than an ice-cream van! And a retro one at that. This was at a festival we went to recently and served up the most delicious ice-cream. I was very impressed!

The recent sun has been so refreshing. It is great to be able to get three loads of washing dried in one day. In fact, I even got to the bottom of the washing basket, which is practically unheard of! I love to walk to nursery knowing that we will be warm all day and don't need to take spare jumpers or coats with us. Life just seems easier when the sun shines!

The only frustrating thing about the sun is the heat! I don't cope well when it is 28 degrees in my bedroom at night!
