U is for...

U is for...

We were challenged by the team at Innocent to come up with a picture for the letter U. I have to say it was a bit of a struggle. At one point, I even contemplated clambering over the wall at the end of the field to see if I could get a close up of one of the cow's udders. Luckily for you, I decided against it! So, what did I pick (with the help of my children)? Well, U is for...
Undergrowth
U is for Undergrowth! Now you may think that this has very little with going back to school, and largely, you would be right. We were going to use an umbrella, but it hasn't rained, and I didn't want to jinx it by getting an umbrella out! However, we have been exploring the undergrowth when we get home from school. We have been trying to spot fairies or elves, but they have so far been illusive.

We haven't had a garden before, but now that we are running the B&B, we have a huge garden, with plenty of space to explore. This week mushrooms have started appearing everywhere. I really need to learn which ones we can and can't eat so that I can get picking them and popping them in our tea!

We were sent a full set of innocent magnets, along with some smoothies for the children. I am enjoying the fact that we have finally got the entire alphabet, because we have been collecting them for years! You can get involved too, simply post a photo via Twitter or Instagram using #alphabetchampions and #innocent to be in the running to win your name in innocent magnets and a full alphabet set.

Disclosure: We received some Innocent goodies for the purpose of this post. This had no impact on my post.
