Christmas gift wrapping and dinner table layout.

I was challenged by Music Room to wrap a ukulele for Christmas! I am one of those odd people who really love wrapping presents, especially challenging ones, so this was right up my street! Wrapping musical instruments is difficult (I reckon that's one of the reasons they come in a box)! However, my challenge was to wrap it unboxed.

I was sent a Pure Tone Ukulele Pack which retails at £22.95 and is available in seven different colours. The ukulele comes with a beginners guide, so I might take up a hobby in the New Year!

To be honest, I didn't find this very difficult to wrap at all, and I only used one sheet of wrapping paper *smug face*!

I thought that a ribbon around it made a nice finishing touch. Obviously the cheat's way would have been to simply stick a bow on it!

The present is now under the tree awaiting my children to open it!

MusicRoom.com have created a series of funny wrapping videos which show that wrapping musical instruments are particularly difficult.

I have also recently been working with Mumsnet and Homebase on how to create the perfect Christmas Dinner table layout. You can watch my video below. I had so much fun making the video and am really looking forward to Christmas!

Happy Christmas to all my readers. I am so grateful for your continued support. I hope you have a wonderful festive season.
