Last week I wrote about how ready my children were for half term. I'm not sure they were ready for the amount of stuff we had packed in for them! We went down south as soon as school finished last Friday and spent a few days with family before three very full days in London. My son even fell asleep at a table in a restaurant, which was the first time he's ever done it (and he's nearly eight). It's been a great trip and we really have done so much. We all now need to chill out a bit and relax before they start back at school again on Monday.
This week I've chosen a video from Becky at Diary of a Fat Bottomed Girl. It's a video I hoped I would never have to watch, let alone them have to make it. Becky and Chris have documented their journey through Chris' diagnosis and treatment of Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. I was delighted for them back in November when Chris had finished treatment and was clear of cancer. This video explains why that fight isn't over just yet. They're a wonderful couple and I know they will keep on fighting with a smile on their faces!
On to the linky, please make sure you link up no more than two videos and comment on at least two others (if you have time to comment on more than that then that's great). This linky only works if we do comment on each others videos. This way we will all find new people to watch and grow our lovely little community. I watch every video that is linked up and I also share a link to them on Twitter. I really look forward to seeing them.
